Built for founders outside the U.S.
Incorvex exists because forming a U.S. company from abroad is harder than it should be — and because most of the services that promise to help are quietly built for people who already have an SSN.
The gap we kept running into
Registering an LLC is the easy part. The wall comes after: the EIN application that assumes a Social Security Number, the bank that wants a U.S. address and an in-person visit, the Stripe review that stalls because the entity documents were submitted in the wrong format.
Founders would pay for formation, receive a PDF, and then be on their own for everything that actually made the company usable. We built Incorvex to cover the whole path instead of the first step.
Our clients are freelancers, agencies, e-commerce sellers and SaaS founders who want to invoice U.S. clients, hold USD, and look like the professional operation they already are.
How we work
Four commitments
These are the things we will not trade away for a faster sale.
Honest pricing
Our fee is published. Government fees are passed through at cost with the receipt available on request. There are no activation fees, no compulsory add-ons and no renewals charged without telling you first.
No guarantees we can't keep
We will never promise bank approval, a specific IRS processing time, or that a trademark will register. Those decisions belong to banks, the IRS and the USPTO. We tell you the realistic range and what improves your odds.
Compliance first
We run identity verification on every client before filing. It occasionally costs us business. It also means our banking partners keep taking our applications seriously, which is what makes the service work at all.
You get a person
One account manager who knows your file, reachable on WhatsApp or email, who tells you what stage you're at without being asked. Not a shared inbox and not a chatbot.
What Incorvex is not
We think being specific about our limits is more useful than another paragraph of marketing. So, plainly:
- We are not a law firm. We prepare and file documents. We do not give legal advice, and we will tell you when a question needs an attorney.
- We are not a CPA firm. We handle bookkeeping and standard non-resident filings. Personal tax positions, treaty questions and anything unusual need a licensed accountant — we can refer you to one.
- We are not a bank. We prepare and submit applications to banking partners. Every approval decision is theirs alone.
- We are not the cheapest option. There are services that will file your Articles for less. They generally stop there.
If a provider guarantees you a U.S. bank account before submitting a single document, treat that as a warning sign rather than a selling point. No third party controls a bank's approval decision.
