How long does the whole process take?
Formation itself depends entirely on the state's current processing queue — some are a few business days, others take longer. The EIN follows formation, and banking follows the EIN. We give you a realistic range for your specific state at quote stage rather than a marketing number.
What documents will you need from me?
A clear passport scan, proof of address, your intended company name and a short description of the business. If there is more than one owner, the same for each. We send a secure link — please don't email documents to us unprompted.
