How we work

  • Fixed fee — Our price is published. State fees passed through at cost.
  • No false promises — We never guarantee approvals that belong to a third party.
  • One manager — A named person who knows your file, not a ticket queue.
  • KYC before filing — Verification up front is why our applications get taken seriously.
Overview

What you are actually getting

Let us be precise about this, because a lot of providers are not. Payoneer, Wise, Airwallex, Sunrate, Ping Pong and Slash are regulated financial platforms, not chartered U.S. banks. They give you USD account details you can invoice against and receive payments into, which for most online businesses is exactly what is needed — but they are not the same thing as a Chase branch account.

Most non-resident applications fail for boring, fixable reasons: the entity documents are incomplete, the business description is vague, the address is a CMRA the platform rejects on sight, or the application went somewhere that does not serve foreign owners at all.

We do not control approval decisions and we will never pretend otherwise. What we control is the quality of the file we submit and the choice of platform — and those two things account for most of the difference between an approval and a rejection.

Detail

What you should expect

Honest expectations, so nothing here is a surprise.

Approval is the platform’s decision

No provider can guarantee it. Anyone who does is either misinformed or telling you what you want to hear. Standard and Premium include one free re-application if the first is rejected.

Your business type matters

Some categories — certain crypto, gambling and high-risk models — are declined by every major platform regardless of paperwork. We will tell you upfront rather than take payment and hope.

The EIN must come first

No U.S. business account opens without an EIN, so the sequence is formation, then EIN, then the account. Expect roughly 1–2 weeks for review after the EIN arrives.

Questions

What clients ask about this

Do I need to travel to the U.S.?

No. Every partner we work with completes onboarding remotely.

Can you guarantee approval?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee a properly prepared application and a free re-application elsewhere if the first is declined.

Which platforms do you use?

Payoneer, Wise, Airwallex, Sunrate, Ping Pong and Slash. Which one we recommend depends on your country of residence and business model — we match rather than send everyone to the same place, and we name the platform before submitting.

What if my country is restricted?

Some jurisdictions are restricted by U.S. sanctions or by platform policy. We check this at the eligibility stage and tell you immediately rather than taking payment first.

Is this the same as a chartered U.S. bank account?

No, and the difference matters. These are regulated financial platforms that provide USD account details — not chartered banks. For invoicing U.S. clients and receiving payments that is normally all you need, but you should know which one you have.

What is a CMRA, and why does it get me rejected?

A Commercial Mail Receiving Agency — the kind of address most cheap virtual mailbox services sell. Platforms recognise them instantly and decline. Standard and Premium include sourcing a vetted non-CMRA address for exactly this reason.
