Before you pay
What exactly is not included in the package price?
Government fees — the state formation fee, any expedite fee you opt into, USPTO trademark fees, and state annual report or franchise tax amounts. Also third-party provider fees for a business address, U.S. phone number, domain and hosting, which those providers bill to you directly. All of it is quoted before you pay.
Is the business account a real U.S. bank account?
The platforms we work with — Payoneer, Wise, Airwallex, Sunrate, Ping Pong and similar — are regulated financial platforms rather than chartered U.S. banks. They give you USD account details, and for most online businesses that is exactly what is needed. We say this plainly because some providers do not.
Can you guarantee my account will be approved?
No, and nobody can. Approval is the platform's decision after KYB review. What we do is prepare a complete, compliant application — and Standard and Premium include one free re-application if the first is rejected.
Why does the EIN take so long?
Because it is the IRS's own processing queue for non-resident applications, typically 2–6 weeks. No provider has a way to accelerate it. We use that window to get your address, domain and website ready so nothing waits on it afterwards.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Basic and later want account assistance or a registered agent, you pay the difference rather than the full higher package.
How do I pay?
We invoice in U.S. dollars. Payment details are on the invoice — we will never ask for payment through a personal account or an unlisted channel.
