Get your EIN without an SSN
The Federal Tax ID that every bank, Stripe account and marketplace will ask you for — obtained directly from the IRS, with no Social Security Number required.
How we work
- Fixed fee — Our price is published. State fees passed through at cost.
- No false promises — We never guarantee approvals that belong to a third party.
- One manager — A named person who knows your file, not a ticket queue.
- KYC before filing — Verification up front is why our applications get taken seriously.
Why the EIN is the step that blocks people
An EIN (Employer Identification Number) is your company’s federal tax ID. Nothing meaningful happens without it: no business bank account, no Stripe, no Amazon seller account, no payroll.
The IRS online application issues an EIN in minutes — but only if the responsible party has a Social Security Number or ITIN. Non-resident founders do not, and this is exactly where most people get stuck and start googling.
The route that does work is filing Form SS-4 directly with the IRS. We prepare it, sign as your third-party designee, submit it and chase it through to the confirmation letter.
What you receive
What the EIN unlocks
Business banking
No U.S. bank will open a business account without an EIN. It is the first thing the application form asks for.
Payment processing
Stripe, PayPal and Wise Business all require the EIN to verify the entity before they will release funds.
Tax filings
Every federal return your company files — including Form 5472 — is filed under the EIN.

We complete the form correctly for a non-resident responsible party — the most common cause of rejection is getting this wrong.

On issueWhat clients ask about this
Do I really not need an SSN or ITIN?
Correct. The online application requires one, but the SS-4 route does not. This is the standard method for foreign-owned entities.
How long does the IRS take?
This varies with the IRS’s own workload and is genuinely outside anyone’s control. Any provider quoting you a guaranteed turnaround is guessing. We give you the current realistic range and keep you updated.
Can I get an EIN before forming the company?
No. The IRS issues the EIN to an existing legal entity, so formation has to come first.
I already have a company but no EIN — can you help?
Yes. This service is available standalone for any existing U.S. entity. Send us the state and formation date.
Does having an EIN mean I owe U.S. tax?
Not by itself. An EIN is an identifier, not a tax liability. What you owe depends on where your income is effectively connected — a question for a licensed CPA, and we will say so rather than guess.
